Business Recruiters Tour through Trousdale, Macon, Smith, and Wilson Counties

On a cold dreary December afternoon, the business development departments from TVA and TNECD were generous enough with their time to accept invitations from us to tour through our regional communities, visit inventory, and learn more about available Industrial sites.  

We all met in Lebanon and visited with their gracious EDO. From there we hopped into a couple sprinter busses and spent the rest of the day touring PowerCom Industrial Center (Hartsville), Lafayette Macon Industrial Park(Lafayette), Smith County Industrial Park(Gordonsville), and the Smith County Interstate Industrial Park(Gordonsville). Visiting these sites in person gave everyone addtional perspectives on tenant options for the available real estate.  

We can't thank our Mayors enough for their continued support. A special thanks also to Ebells Restaurant in Carthage for lunch and the Donohos for opening their event space.
