The rain stopped just long enough to create a beautiful spring afternoon when the Middle Tennessee Industrial Development Association brought two new manufacturing recruitment teams to visit the future home of the Smith County Interstate Industrial Park. We are always happy to show the 119 acre greenfield, which resides on cross-national interstate 40 and boasts a labor shed of 1.4million.
