Site Consultants Visit Trousdale and Macon Counties

We had the pleasure of hosting two site visits this week.

Site selection firm, Austin Consulting, and business developers from TN ECD, TVA, UCDD, and MDITA were all in attendance.

The objective was for two properties to get certified by the state of Tennessee.

Once the properties are certified, they'll become more marketable to attract new advanced manufacturing facilities.

The process has taken over five years and we are thankful to UCDD, MTIDA, ECD, TVA, all of our utility directors, and community leaders for their significant contributions (and patience:).

We look forward to 2023 where we have two sites donning the CERTIFIED TENNESSEE road sign.
