Governor Lee Extends Franchise and Excise Tax Filing Deadline

Governor Lee announced today the state’s deadline for filing corporate franchise and excise taxes will be extended. Taxpayers will have until July 15th to file returns and make any payments (including quarterly estimated payments) originally due on April 15, 2020.
