Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Central Economic Authority will hold a special called meeting on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 8:00 A.M. at TCAT-HARTSVILLE, 716 E McMurry Boulevard, Hartsville, TN 37074, for purposes of discussing and taking possible action regarding: (1) the Cumberland Valley River Port LLC Lease, and any ancillary matters; (2) TVA concerns, and any ancillary matters; and (3) any additional matters which may come before the Board.  Members of the public are welcome to attend, and a public hearing will be held during which citizens may address the Board.
