USA Manufacturing Rises in May

Recent data points on manufacturing from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) provided evidence that the economy is perhaps starting to turn a corner. ISM’s index on conditions in the manufacturing sector rose two points in May, the largest single month increase in 2020.
