New Rail Concepts for Smith County Industrial Park Tennessee

Our friends at RJ Corman drew up a couple concepts to help bring a manufacturer to the available 71k SF property (sits on 12 acres) in the Smith County Industrial Park. 

SCIP is less than two miles from Interstate 40, with rail running through the park, rail spur installation potential, and expansion plans of 100+ acres.
