Mission: Workforce Ready
With the increasing demand for degree-holders in the workplace, Tennessee has commissioned a "drive to 55" initiative. Under the Tennessee Promise, 55% of Tennesseans will hold college degrees by the year 2025.
The Tennessee Promise is designed to make college education more available and affordable to high school graduates in an effort to adequately prepare them for the workforce and meet the needs of Tennessee's extensive industry growth.
Tennessee is not only equipped with the logistics and space that your operation needs, we provide the core of your success: an enthusiastic, educated workforce.
